Signature Discovery Set Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. General 

These Promotional Voucher Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use and redemption of promotional vouchers issued in connection with the Signature Discovery Set (“Discovery Set”) purchase (“Voucher”). By redeeming or attempting to redeem a Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies available at www.aestonwest.com.  

2. Issuer and Eligibility 

The Voucher is issued by Aeston West (“Company”). Vouchers are valid only for customers located in the United States and Canada and may be redeemed solely in U.S. dollars through the Company’s official website at www.aestonwest.com.  

Each Voucher is intended for the individual purchaser of the Discovery Set and may not be transferred, resold, or assigned. 

3. Voucher Details 

  • Value: USD $50 

  • Validity Period: Six (6) months from the date of the Discovery Set purchase. 

  • Eligible Products: Voucher may be redeemed only toward the purchase of one of the following full-size products: 

    • Magnolia Cleansing Nectar (USD $58) 

    • Marine Treatment Mist (USD $78) 

    • Signature Sereme (USD $98) 

4. Redemption 

To redeem, visit www.aestonwest.com and enter the Voucher code at checkout. 

  • Voucher may be applied for a single transaction only. 

  • Limit one Voucher per customer per transaction. 

  • Voucher is redeemable in U.S. dollars only. 

  • Voucher may not be applied toward taxes, shipping, or handling fees. 

  • Voucher must be used in full at the time of redemption. 

  • Voucher cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotions, sales, or offers. 

5. Restrictions 

  • Voucher has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards. 

  • Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable, even if lost, stolen, damaged, or expired. 

  • Products purchased using a Voucher are subject to the Company’s standard return and exchange policies; however, the Voucher value is not refundable or reinstated if the purchased product is returned. 

  • Voucher cannot be reproduced, altered, or sold. Any fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise improper use of the Voucher may result in cancellation of the order and/or other appropriate action, to be determined at Company’s sole discretion. 

6. Expiration and Invalidity 

The Voucher expires six (6) months from the date of the original Discovery Set purchase. Expired Vouchers are void and will not be honored or reinstated. Vouchers are void where prohibited by law. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of the Voucher. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Voucher. 

8. Modification and Termination 

The Company reserves to cancel any Voucher or any order using a Voucher, in the event of suspected fraud, misuse, technical error, or any other reason. If you require assistance with any cancelled Voucher, please contact customer service at questions@aestonwest.com.  

9. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. 

The Vouchers are void where prohibited by law. 

10. Acceptance 

Use of the Voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all other applicable Company policies.
