SKINCARE
We accept return requests on all skincare products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply email questions@aestonwest.com with your order number, and our Client Care team will guide you through the process.
ACCESSORIES
Accessories and non-formulated goods (such as tools or bags) may be returned within 30 days if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once your return is received, it will be inspected and refunded.
WHAT CAN’T BE RETURNED
Final Sale items, limited editions, samples, and shipping fees are non-returnable.
