Terms and Conditions for Aeston West Preview Set

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your request for and use of the complimentary skincare sample gift set (the “Preview Set”) provided by Aeston West (“Company,” “Brand,” “we,” or “us”). By signing up to receive the Preview Set, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
1. Promotional Offer Terms
1.1. The Preview Set is provided as a free promotional gift; no purchase is necessary.
1.2. The offer is valid while supplies last and is subject to limited stock. Once inventory is depleted, no further Preview Sets will be distributed.
1.3. The offer ends on September 21, 2025, unless ended earlier due to stock depletion.
1.4. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
1.5. Images used in advertising are for illustrative purposes only. The Preview Set consists of sample sachets of the skincare ritual products, not the full-size products pictured.
1.6 Those who request a Preview Set after stock depletion (“Eligible Non-Recipients”) will be automatically entered into a drawing (“Raffle”) for one of no fewer than three full-size product sets (“Prizes”), consisting of:
(a) Full-sized Magnolia Cleansing Nectar (a $58 value);
(b) Full-sized Marine Treatment Mist (a $78 value); and
(c) Full-sized Signature Sereme (a $98 value);
a total value of $234. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize becomes unavailable. No purchase is necessary to be entered into the Raffle. The Raffle is void where prohibited.
1.7 The entry period for the Raffle ends September 21, 2025. Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Brand on or about October 3, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Non-Recipients.
1.8 Potential winners will be notified via the email associated with their signup and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notice with any required information. If a potential winner does not timely respond, is ineligible, or declines a Prize, an alternate may be selected.
1.9 Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with Price receipt/use.
1.10 Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and testimonial for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation or notice.
1.11 To request the winners list (which will contain first name/last initial and city/state), please send a written request to questions@aestonwest.com.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Preview Set and Raffle are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and residents of the United States. For the Raffle only, employees, officers, directors, and agents of Brand and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.
2.2. Limit one (1) Preview Set per person and per household. Duplicate or fraudulent requests may be voided at our discretion.
2.3. The Preview Set and Prizes are for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.
3. Email List Sign-Up / Privacy
3.1. By signing up to receive the Preview Set, you consent to be added to Aeston West’s email marketing list and for us to use your personal data (name, email address, and mailing address) to process your request and deliver the Preview Set and/or Prizes.
3.2. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
3.3 By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (e.g., by entering your number and clicking “Complete,” or similar), you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS text messages from AW at the number you provided, including promotional, marketing, cart reminders, and informational/transactional messages related to the Preview Set and to AW’s products and services. You understand that messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3.4 Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s rates apply.
3.5 You may opt out of SMS/MMS text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us at questions@aestonwest.com to request removal. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation text to verify your opt-out. Your consent remains in effect until you opt out.
3.6 By opting in, you represent that you are the current subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you have authority to consent to receive texts at that number. If you change, transfer, or deactivate your number, you agree to send STOP or promptly notify us at questions@aestonwest.com .
3.7 Supported carriers may vary and, along with Aeston West, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.8. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Nature of the Preview Set
4.1. The Preview Set and any Prizes are provided free of charge for promotional and trial purposes.
4.2. Ingredient information for the included products is available at each individual product - Magnolia Cleansing Nectar, Marine Treatment Mist, and Signature Serème™ or upon request.
5. Allergy and Safety Notice
5.1. The Preview Set and Prizes contain cosmetic products with active and inactive ingredients. Please review all ingredient information carefully.
5.2. Perform a patch test before first use: apply a small amount of product to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours to check for adverse reactions.
5.3. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
6. Medical Disclaimer
6.1. The Preview Set and Prizes are intended for cosmetic use only.
6.2. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
6.3. Nothing in these Terms or in the Preview Set or any Prizes constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for questions about your skin or health.
7. No Guarantee of Results
7.1. Results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from use of the Preview Set or any Prizes.
7.2. Use is at your sole discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses related to the Preview Set and/or any Prizes, including but not limited to allergic reactions or adverse effects.
8.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the retail value of the Preview Set, which is provided at no charge.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All trademarks, logos, product names, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of the Brand.
9.2. Acceptance of the Preview Set and/or any Prizes does not grant any rights to use our intellectual property except for personal use of the products.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
10.2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Brand regarding the Preview Set.
10.3. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
10.4. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
